Last month I wrote this article for a local newspaper issued for students and school children. The article is about mail art, its history and present day. The editor of this newspaper is my wife Valentina. To illustrate the story she took the image of Valery Shimanovsky's mail artwork sent to Martin Amstutz, Switzerland. The title of this article may be translated as "It's a Miracle, It's Not a Letter!"
